REPL for better user experience #17

A REPL is added to direct user to the final saucelabs resource id in a step-by-step way.

  1. Support for desktop browser, mobile browser and appium
  2. List all valid options for current step if user input isn't recognized
  3. List multi-results if available for mobile browser and appium
