Use different color scheme for differentiation of Specimen Events. #250

CATDEVNIH-249: As per our meeting this morning (10/19) it was suggested that a light yellow or light green be used for alternating rows in Specimen Events. The current grey color washes out the page and is hard on people who are color blind.

Tested on caTissuev1.2_RC5. As per latest UI we can differentiate specimen event as shown in the attached screen shot. We cannot view all Events on 1 page as per the attachment (from CATDEVNIH-174). Hence marking the bug as Invalid.
