Add TestMace to homebrew cask #33

Most applications on macOS are available rather in the App Store or as a Homebrew cask. Which makes it super easy to install them or uninstall them, also adds the ability for automated installation (I do a fresh installation of my mac every year).

Hello, it's a good idea! Probably you know TestMace is written on electron. Latest changes in policy don't allow to publish electron apps in AppStore. But we'll consider the possibility of a publishing of TestMace in Homebrew. Thank you for your suggestion.
