Following our e-mail discussion, this PR adds a link to the survey on debugging at the end of the registration wizard as you can see below. This link refers to the cloned survey and contains the user's ID as well as two other pre-filled answers.

Eclipse: updated wizard eclipse

IntelliJ: updated dialog intellij

Perhaps something crazy like just saying:

Do you ever debug?
Did you know that WatchDog now also reports on debugging?

Those texts sound nice and are much less boring :+1: I'll update the texts of the wizard to these ones
