Change registration process to make the survey link stand out more #262

Closes #257

Now the wizards have two pages, the results are:

Eclipse: new wizard eclipse1 new wizard eclipse2

IntelliJ: new wizard ij1 new wizard ij2

The resulting code base is quite ugly, but that does not really matter IMO as we'll revert all of these changes later on.
