Could not find configured web driver; you need to embed an executable with the filename chromedriver.exe. #260

I am using Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit) VS 2015 Nuget Pkg TestPack Version 0.9.6.1 Selenium.WebDriver.ChromeDriver Version 2.29 Selenium.WebDriver version 3.4 Selenium.Support version 3.4 Nuint 3.4 this is how i initialize my IISExpress

        Instance.Run("EMR.Web", 19456,
                configure => configure
                    .WithRemoteWebDriver(BrowserFactory.Chrome)
                    .UsingLoggerFactory(new ConsoleFactory())
            );

When this line executes, i get the error saying chromerdriver.exe not found, but i can see it in bin folder of the test project that is running this UI test.
