[feature] Auto-pipelines (run on saved directory)

Description

Another view mode where you can select a directory (or a few) and select a pipeline and save this pairing with a name.

Once saved it can be run from this second library view.

Needs option to optionally do recursive sub-directory scan.

Have a list somewhere that can be toggled on where a saved run is selected.
