SDA pin state change during repeated start condition and it wasn't compatible with mpr121. softwirebugfix

Thank you so much for your time and well explained bug. I knew there was something with the repeated start, but I forgot about it. Your bug fix is only for the repeated start, and just looking at it, I think it is okay. If Testato agrees or when I do some tests to confirm we will accept this pull request.

@Testato can you also increase the version number ? to make Arduino download the updated library.
