Report some new flaky tests for the repo https://github.com/helidon-io/helidon-build-tools

I have my log files in my VM machine My VM ID is fa24-cs527-080.cs.illinois.edu and the log path is home/sijiem2/project/helidon-build-tools

Log0 to Log9 are the nondex tests on these tests. whole-class--test-LOG-0 to whole-class--test-LOG-9 are the normal tests on these tests. In different iterations, These tests sometimes fail and sometimes error, but they success in every time normal test. so I think them as NOD flaky tests.

I am still working on them but get stuck for days.
