Right now, if we can't get text to send off to OpenAI, the extension just doesn't display anything. This is frustrating and it's unclear why it fails. How can we communicate this to the user?
Change the styling of the hovered link (very classy I think, risks breaking things)
Make another popup to indicate loading, failure states (complicated)
Use the main popup with an error (similar to how OpenAI errors are communicated)
