nethack console doesn't support extended characters #1

tty nethack could be a little more visually interesting if we supported 
extended characters. Maybe we 
should add support for that to the console.

I believe at last attempt it builds (a few months ago), but it makes extensive 
use of srpc, which really should get swapped out in favor of pepper.
I'll likely fix it at some point.

The naclports console is deprecated. Eventually we'll look into moving the 
examples to hterm which has full extended character support and more.
