Implement a DangerousMount (PassThroughMount, you name it) #42

A mount type (in nacl-mounts) that forwards all file operations to IRT would 
let us use NaCl dangerous file i/o with nacl-mounts. Should be really simple, 
and useful for logging, etc.

If you still want this it should be filed against the new nacl-io library that 
is in the SDK.
