Similarly, in Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 (64-bit) on MacOS, pop-up does not 
open all the way down. If I click several times with alternating timing, 
eventually it will open fully. (I am not sure if these two issues  are related, 
but it sounds similar, so I didn't want to open a new issue yet.) These two 
screenshots are of the same website, without reloading; all I did was click the 
ScriptSafe button several (many) times, until it finally opened all the way.
