Import Settings + Lists does not work #169

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Options >>copy & paste saved settings, including whitelist and blacklist to 
Import field >> Import
2.
3.

What is the expected output? Imported settings should overwrite current 
settings. What do you see instead? Current settings are not changed.

What version of the product are you using? 1.0.6.12 On what operating system? 
Win 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi! I can't seem to reproduce this on my computer. I've copied the export to my 
clipboard, changed around some settings just to see if it'll overwrite the 
current settings, imported them, and the original settings overwrote the 
current settings.

I'll ask for others to help try to reproduce this :) Thank you!

it seems to be working now?? I tried twice and it works as expected.
