Allow override of anitsocial list #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Currently it's not possible to override antisocial list. And now it has 
*.userapi.com in there which renders vk.com unusable.

What is the expected output? 
Vk.com to work (that's just one example, might be there's other social networks 
I'm not aware of)

What do you see instead?
Vk.com is unusable at all. To leave a comment you have to disable ScriptSafe at 
first :\

Just stumbled upon one more - same goes for twitter.com
