A way to reset Options to defaults. #177

I had NoScript under Chromium, then it turned into ScriptSafe, fine.

Then I installed Google Chrome (the latest stable .deb) and ScriptSafe stopped 
working.

The icon turned into grey circle with a cross through it.

When I uninstalled ScriptSafe and reinstalled it, its icon appeared fine, but 
the drop down was still blank of all resource rules, and I think resources were 
all just being blocked.

I felt I had corrupted my ScriptSafe data somehow.  What I really wanted at 
this point was an option to reset all the ScriptSafe options and start fresh 
with the defaults.  Syncing from/to Google didn't seem to help.
