You can also override the gate message below in the settings with whatever you want (although that's global). If you already did that, it would explain why you do not see the tiers. You can also add more below with the 'the_password_form' filter and priority 21+, but that requires a bit of work. Probably going to add a filter to make that easier.
It'd be helpful for readers to know which Patreon tier they need to pledge to access the content... Anyways, thanks for your hard work.
