Hydrogen is always 1 proton. Helium is at most 2 protons and 2 neutrons. Lithium is at most 3 protons and 4 neutrons. etc. I think heavier elements have enough hidden on different z levels that the limits don't matter. If you want to be very fancy about it do isotopes at their real life frequencies
