Get basic maintenance plans working on Linux #9

Subset of issue #4. Let's just get something working, even if it's only the basic backups, optimisations, and integrity checks. Nut out log file management, collector, config genie etc. later.

Might be a good idea to include or document the cron job required to do cleanup.

Haven't got as far as doing cron job yet. Have to figure out crontab and whether to use PowerShell or bash script.
