Explore Auto-Importing With Playnite #10

See if there's a way of creating a plugin in Playnite to auto-import ROMS. Currently you have to manually setup the emulators and parameters then you can auto import through the GUI application.

If somehow someone creates a plugin for this, I'll think about making a 2nd version of SteamConsole just for Playnite, or explore the possibility of making SteamConsole work with both Playnite and Steam as frontends without making separate versions.
