Need to handle erroneous dat#.tmp files (for cases where a power outage or crash during dat cleanup occurs) #24

The presence of such a temp file prevents textools from being able to recover via the help menu.

Recovery could first purge the temp file and perform the cleanup again, and offer to start over if during the cleanup phase any errors are encountered when offsets are validated (assuming they are).
