Default to large drive limit #40

This proposal aims to slightly simplify the code while making it easier to use the framework on exotic systems without needing pull-requests.

The framework will, if this is pulled, assume that your drive accepts the max limit unless otherwise known.

I understand if this is declined, but I hope it is considered.

Probably will incorporate this when Dawntrail lands, seeing as SE has also begun writing files larger than 2GB as well. Presumably the game will be getting requires non-FAT32 install tag pretty soon.
