Current color palette can't support more than 9 states

Selecting more than 9 states is not supported by TPL color palette. Ideas?

Ideas:

if state length > 9, eliminate colors altogether and force the user to hover
allow the user to select one state of interest; all other lines are grey/alpha = .3, and the selected state is of a color
only allow the user to select 9 states at a time

Glad you added this here. I new that was going to be an issue. Not sure what the best route is yet, but those are all great suggestions!
