Features/timestamp #24

Added timestamp. Right now it just says "last updated" when the user opened the dashboard. Should this be changed?

Ohhh. I should probably use this https://rdrr.io/r/base/strptime.html to convert from abbreviated -> full https://rdrr.io/r/base/strptime.html
