Cannot delete controlled vocabularies - error violates foreign key constraint (abstract_field_profile)

It looks like #1145 addressed this but it is either back with updated code or similar.

vi Attempts to delete 'Subjects' results in: Could not delete ControlledVocabulary with id 8 due to being used by FieldProfile with id 27
