Current Behavior:
On Faculty Review page, "Approve Embargo" always appears as a required selection.
Desired Behavior:
Admins can toggle the Approve Embargo selection on or off for each organization in settings. If toggled off, faculty approvers would not be presented with the "Approve Embargo" radio selection, and would only see "Approve Application" select.
Relevant Information:
We don't offer embargoes, and don't wish to. The presence of the question (and potential to confuse faculty) made us decide to not use the faculty approval process.
