500 error on submission/corrected page after submitter uploads corrected manuscript

Current Behavior: After a student uploads a corrected manuscript, they see the submission/corrected page and after a pause of 1-2 seconds, a 500 error displays. Doesn't appear to be related to any problem. Causes confusion for the student. ERROR: (500) Failed to convert value of type 'java.lang.String' to required type 'java.lang.Long'; nested exception is java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "undefined"

Desired Behavior: No error displayed--confusing to submitters, they report it to us.

Relevant Information: We're self hosted, using Shibboleth integration.

After testing this, I am unable to reproduce the error above. However, I do receive a 400 error instead. After selecting the Please Reportbutton, I get the attached message.

Note: Tested in 4.2.6_staging branch
