Current Behavior:
When a submitter goes to /submission/x/view or /submission/history, they get a message of "Unauthorized Sorry, you need to login to view this page." and the login button. They could end up on these pages either from an email sent by Vireo or if we add links to webpages/LibGuides/etc.
Desired Behavior:
The large "Unauthorized" make it seem like the submitter is not on the correct page. Instead, display a message and login that is more user friendly, for example "Login to access your submission(s)".
