Student edit submission view not updated correctly #1956

Describe the bug When selecting the Replace Manuscript button on the student submission view, there is no dialog to upload a new manuscript. You have to refresh the page to see it. Deleting Additional Documents is also not refreshing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a submission 2.Change the status to Needs corrections
  2. Login as the student and go to Submission History
  3. Select the Edit button for the submission
  4. Select Replace Manuscript under the Upload/Remove Files section

Expected behavior A drag-and-drop upload interface should appear after selecting Replace Manuscript.
