test: Update test_script to be very generic.

This script provides support to test EdgeAI GST Apps using different combination of input, output and model(s)

Following are some of it's features:

• Allow users to select from list of inputs to run test on
• Specify a filter for the models to be tested
• Select between Python, C++ or Optiflow or all three
• Parse the logs generated by the gst application
