The current scripts use .ini config file which looks like a windows file. So switch to .toml
Split the config file into 3 - builds - machines - bsp_sources
new build variants can be added in builds.toml and enabled in the [builds] array. This way, someone can create new config without messing up a working config
Update readme to install toml-cli python3 module which is needed to parse toml files
Add a new config for Bookworm builds
Add Debian 12 (Bookworm) configuration
Fix occasional build failures which says can't umount /dev/proc by adding a custom hook to sleep for 10 secs before performing umount.
Add a .gitignore for build and tools directory to avoid accidentally pushing build and tools dirs
