Cannot remove a file you are trying to upload after the upload failed #2134

I cannot remove the file I attempted to upload after the upload failed. In my scenario, I attempted to upload a file but received an error message stating that a file with the same name already existed. After this, I tried deleting the file by clicking on the red trash can icon, but it did not respond.
