Beautify readme #3081

This PR beautifies the README page without adding new content.

  1. Remove the old introduction.
  2. Remove the instructions for VLDB 2022 Demo Paper.
  3. Beautify paper sections. Use a collapsed list to hide old papers. Changed entry format for each paper (authos on one line, venue and pdf on another line).
  4. Beautify the education section, use an image for each entry.
  5. Beautify the video section, use an image for each entry.
  6. Change the terminology from data analytics to data science.
