'New Filter' while standing on a certain line with space as first char doesn't auto-fill the line #59

'New Filter' auto-fill the line i'm currently standing on only when the line doesn't have 'space' as first character. In case first char is 'space' - the line would be empty. This requires the user to fill in the line himself (which can take very long time, prone for typo's also).

This issue happens after upgrade to latest 2018 version, i think the last one i worked with (and was fine) was of ~2016.

Please help fix this! Thank you very much :) Great tool

I cannot reproduce this behavior. Could you include a link to a file that you're using to repro?
