the ASM doesn't support all defined opcodes #6

ASM supports considerably few instructions than the VM actually defines and supports.

I grovelled over the opcode list and updated the ASM. Assuming I didn't miss anything, it should now support everything the machine does, and hopefully with better error-checking to boot.

Obviously, this only holds until we update the opcodes, but hopefully we can keep it in sync from now on.
