Switch from xdg to xdg-base-dirs #59

The package has been renamed since 6.0.0

Unfortunately this makes Frogmouth dependent on Python 3.10 or greater and we made the decision to stay 3.8 or greater.

The rename of xdg is just that: a rename. The developer has stated there's no material difference other than the change of name and code changes that make it incompatible with anything older than Python 3.10. As such we made the deliberate choice to stick with the older package (as per the advice of the developer of the package).
