Some rst sections' content omitted from output #31

$ git clone https://github.com/pypa/setuptools
$ rich setuptools/docs/pkg_resources.rst

The last bunch of sections have headers but no content in the output, though content exists in the input.

I've looked at the document used in the issue I'll try to reproduce it and fix the issue asap

I've figured out that those are indented paragraphs. But those should also count as normal paragraphs. Unless there's some other class specifically for indented ones in docutils. I'll see what I can find

I've found the cause of the issue. Indented paragraphs are counted as block quotes in docutils. And I've only shown blockquotes that contain an author in them. I'll try fixing it
