Updated Some Minor Styles #2

Few minor style changes

Updated the code font to prioritize Menlo, and then fallback on: "Monaco, 'Courier New', monospace"
- this arguably looks more modern, and is nicer to look at
Updated some header styles to be slightly more in line with what GitHub uses as their markdown styles
- Shrunk font size
- Removed border bottom from h3
- Removed double border bottom, in favor of a solid line (looks a bit more clean)
