Taqueria needs to be brought up to speed with the current feature set of the underlying tools (ligo, SmartPy, Archetype, Flextesa) and a system to keep up to date with changes needs to be developed and integrated into operations

🚩 Problem or Use Case

Taqueria pulls in the most recent versions of the underlying tools/frameworks as part of the plugin build system, but there is no product or testing awareness of when new features or breaking changes are released which may affect Taqueria users
