Okay. It might be me but you definitely seem to have issues with factions xD if dueling in safezone or warzone, and you die, Ores, weapons, tools, food etc seem to duplicate for no reason. i can assume its because those areas are " keep item on death "and your plugin forces that also, ending in duplication

Alright, hmm. I'll have to figure out something to prevent this from happening.
