WorldGuard regions not downloading resource packs #4

I tried looking for a resolution to this in the comments, and I saw a few other people having this issue, but no resolution.

Using DynamicTextures for multiple resource packs across several worlds is working fine for me. No problems with that. But as the title says, regions in WorldGuard appear to be broken.

I have the latest versions of WorldEdit, WorldGuard, and CraftBukkit R03. I have successfully created working dynamic resource packs that download and display for my world. I have successfully created a region using WG, and have triple-checked my spelling and capitalization of the region, and also my URL to the textures. I can see in the terminal that DynamicTextures has found WorldGuard. It all appears to be OK.

But the textures aren't downloading when you enter that region. Instead it maintains the world textures I have set. That same resource pack I have set for the region will work if applied to a world, however, so it's not the pack or typo in the URL. And I remade my region twice so I could carefully type out the name just to be sure I wasn't missing a letter.

Based in the similar experience others seem to be having, this looks like a bug.

Thank you for this report, will look in to it. I might have messed up the priorities, e.g. a region texture pack should take priority over a world one.

Can you please try this dev build and tell me if it's fixed?

I'm afraid that it still isn't working. I made a new region as a test, used different resource packs, and the result is the same. The world resource pack still has priority over the region.

I got it! Will upload a new build to BukkitDev now
