Send a welcome text to new users with a short tutorial.

I am currently implementing this feature.

The bot will print out the welcome message after the "access_granted" message.

Maybe it would be a good idea, to add a command option /tutorial instead of printing out a wall of text. We could maybe print out something like:

"To get started with the rating system and other features of this bot, you can use the /tutorial command. You can also first set your preferred language in Defaults->Set->Language, and then use the /tutorial command to receive the tutorial the selected language.

If you find bugs, have suggestions, or simply want to check out the source code of this bot, visit our public repository here."

Question about the tutorial:

What do you mean with: "user is voting for a canteen and the vote should mainly be about the main meal"?

user is voting for a canteen

We should make clear, that a 10 does not mean "this is the best meal i've ever had" but "this is the best i could have expected from a canteen"

the vote should mainly be about the main meal

If you can choose your side dish (e.g. choose between french fries and potatoes), you should not take the quality of these sides into consideration since it differs from user to user.
