Adjust opening hours #31

The Mensa can also open in the evening and offer e.g. only 2 meals.

Example: For some months, the "Mensa Academica" was open until 3pm. But then reopened and offered the 3 main meals also from 4pm to 6pm.

Therefore, we should:

[ ] Collect all opening hours (also from website)
[ ] Create assignment between meal and opening hours
[ ] Only output available meals at the corresponding hours

From which website would you fetch the opening hours?

Apparently, the opening hours can only be found here, but the opening hours in the evening don't seem to be available online. Therefore, should we close this issue as "not planned"?
