Re-design default menu #55

For some of the defaults, the options "delete" and "set" is not suiting. Therefore, the delete and set actions could be integrated in the each of the options, such that each default value only has options that make sense.

This would be a major redesign of the menu.

This is something we wanted to do for a while but didn't had the chance yet. "Defaults" has to be renamed to "Settings" where you should be able to set and delete your default values as well as do stuff like deleting your account.
