Startup lag #112

The impostors are generated when they are first used (i.e. when you see one) . 
This means there is a small lag (like 0.5 sec) after loading a track and seeing 
the first impostor. The impostors should be generated during the loading phase 
instead.

Also first cubemap for reflection is black at start and you need to drive a 
while to have it normal (all faces rendered). I had a code which does render 
all at start but seems not working.

A start count down could resolve those issues easily.

Also need to get rid of that one 1st frame with car in 0,0,0 and mostly only 
sky visible.
Aslso materials are compiled after 1st frame, so this goes here too. Would be 
good to actually start race and countdown and hide loading screen after 1 or 2 
frames were rendered.
