Convenient way to exit game

Currently, the only possibility to exit the game (when you have escquit=off) is 
to close the window. When you're in full screen, this isn't possible. There 
should be a convenient "exit" button in the main gui (maybe in the top right 
corner or somewhere)

I'm thinking this is a rather important feature, people will be annoyed and 
angry if they cannot figure out a way to quit!

Should be trivial to add a "big red button" somewhere into the GUI. Maybe a new 
tab?
