Reimplement needles & player dot as overlays (instead of ManualObjects) #29

In order to be able to render needles in front of the gauges and player dot in 
front of the minimap, they have to be reimplemented as overlays so a z order 
can be set.

Already started work on it locally, but no result yet. I'll do this after 
release, it's barely noticable that the needles are actually behind, so it 
doesn't disturb for now.

cryham changed the render queue groups of minimap / gauges, so this isn't 
nesseccary anymore. Changing to invalid.
