Checkpoint bug #92

Ok, I can't exactly say what it is, but I experienced it already a few times 
while playing (although rare)

I think I missed a checkpoint, but instead of the arrow pointing back to it, it 
pointed to some other checkpoint, and ultimately i could never finish the lap, 
no matter how often I drove around the whole track.

So this issue is also about the checkpoints itself, and not only arrow.

I'll have to put some debug output and play again until I have this, and then 
use the output to trace it down.

Right. Well since we have the 1st checkpoint now, it needs to be assigned at 
lap start.
It works now so that (it isn't and) at the 1st check you meet it will start 
counting met chekpoints number.
There is debug info output (commented out) somewhere in Hud.cpp.
