Problem Description

Currently playback speed can be increased via hotkeys per-episode, always resets upon next episode.

Proposed Solution

Show some visual representation when the hotkey is pressed (like "Playing at 1.10X" etc.)
Have option in settings to 'remember' the last set playback speed across any episode played.
