Community Form #5

Backend updates:

  1. Added tables and routes for "post"
  2. Added tables and routes for "comment"
  3. Full functionality of the form Locate in server/server/(their respective folder)

Frontend updates:

Access through http://localhost:3000/form to see the basic structure of the community form Need major frontend works, I will write an issue as a reminder
